Everything seems to be on schedule with the pool despite the snow and rain we’ve had recently (but probably beyond Memorial Day) According to Tera Koetter, McCook Assistant City Manager and Nate Schneider, City Manager.  They are looking for lifeguards for the possibly shortened swimming season this summer. One important take away is that when the building does get completed in roughly a month there will be a waiting period after that – it will look finished but there is a curing process which needs to take place.

Biggest Takeaways

  • Looking for Pool Operator/Lifeguards.
  • 22/26 pool walls in place and 26/30 pool slabs in place.
  • Bathhouse formed and slabs have been poured.
  • Plumbing & Electric have been finished.
  • Gutter/Deck Piping Started for Family Slide & feature.
  • Poured Diving Pad and starting on slide formations.
