Heritage Days Norris Park Live Stream West Side

In the past Heritage Days was, according to many vendors, a desert wasteland due to hiked-up entry fees. Due to new management and new ideas, the entry fees were lessened and the vendors increased by nearly 4x. What a concept! 

The weather was nice. Everyone was thrilled and there were a lot of non-profits that we were introduced to for the first time including a new park concept and the upcoming school concept. 

In this live-stream, the west side of the park was captured while the other stream has the Eastern side and most of the food.
